Choosing a counsellor is an important decision. I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can briefly talk about what has brought you to counselling, answer any questions you might have, and decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

Counselling sessions

50 minutes — £50

Concessionary spaces

I offer a small number of concessionary spaces at £40 per session for students, trainee counsellors, and those experiencing financial difficulties.

These spaces are subject to availability and can be discussed during the free initial consultation.

Payment

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with less than 24’ notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in exceptional circumstances.
